Unscripted, On Location
Most of the planning happened on location: we worked out the script, shot ideas and framing on the spot for each property before we started recording.
That kept every video spontaneous and personal, and in the edit we shaped the footage into tight, engaging content that shows both the homes and the person selling them.
Tricks of the Trade
In the edit, we added camera tricks like cloning Hafizh so two or even three of him appear in one scene, along with animated text and music to set the pace, turning simple property tours into content people want to watch to the end.
